Program Breakdown

  • Phase 1: metabolism basics

    After four weeks, you will understand how your metabolism works and the steps to support it through nutrition. In this phase, we take the guessing out of building meals and snacks to support your goals.

  • Phase 2: movement and mindset

    After 8 weeks, you will understand how movement impacts your body and the proper exercise to include. You will transform your mindset around food and exercise to keep you moving forward and get out of the diet mindset.

  • Phase 3: lifestyle and stress

    After 12 weeks, you will understand how other factors, including stress, sleep, gut health, and self-care, impact your metabolism.

Elsie Fullerton, MS, RDN, RYT 500

Elsie spent over six years studying nutrition to obtain her master's degree and become board-certified as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Prior to pursuing her master's degree, Elsie practiced to become a 500-hour registered yoga instructor. She has since worked as a clinical dietitian and began her private practice, where she combines her passion for nutrition, wellness, and movement into a transformational program to be delivered to her clients.

  • How long is the program?

    The program is 12 weeks (3 months long), starting in April and ending in June.

  • How often and when will we meet?

    We will meet weekly via Zoom. A poll will be sent out before the program to determine the best time for everyone.

  • What if I can't make the live call?

    All calls will be recorded and posted in the portal to be watched later.

  • Will insurance cover this?

    You may pay with your HSA/FSA, but insurance does not cover this service.

  • How long will I have access to the program?

    Forever! You will have access to the portal and any updates made to the program in the future.
